Appointments

Appointment times at Stilo Salon are reserved especially for you. We ask that you arrive at the salon a few minutes prior to your appointment to check in. Please have the courtesy to call the salon 24 hours* in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Please note that three missed appointments will incur a service fee and require a credit card reservation for future appointments. Walk-ins for salon services are welcome, but to ensure optimum service, appointments are recommended.

*48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule straightening, makeup, bridal and extension services. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule, please call at least 48 hours in advance to enable us to accommodate other clients in your place. Failure to comply with this policy will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Service and Product Guarantee

All services are guaranteed for one week after the original service.

We guarantee all our products. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of original purchase. Unopened products may be returned for a refund. Opened product may be exchanged for another more suitable product, must have original packaging. Hair brushes are a final sale.

Gift cards sales are final and not redeemable for cash.

Payment

We accept Cash, Debit and Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Personal Checks, with appropriate identification and Stilo Salon gift cards. Please note that gratuity cannot be applied to credit card or gift cards.


Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any information you provide to us is for Stilo Salon use only. We will not sell/share your information with anyone.
